The last gift to be made! I needed to make one more gift and I was racking my brain with what would be something fun AND useful as a present for one of my daughter’s teachers. I was walking through target…yes..insert joke here about how I’m always there…(Here’s What’s Up With Moms and Target…From My Perspective | theywillloveyoureffort

I saw a $1 off coupon on a package of fine point expo dry-erase markers and BAM! INSPIRATION!!!

I had seen lots of posts on Pinterest about just using a frame as a dry erase surface. Some have been windows, just a really cool idea. I would love to try that someday, but in the mean time I needed something small. If it turned out cool, I wanted to have one too and my kids might want one too! Lol!!

Well…I bought a fine point package of dry-erase markers at target for $2.49 as well as a package of small note pads that could fit into a 5″x7″ picture frame. I wanted to buy a frame too, but they were really pricey in my opinion. Luckily for me there’s a Dollar Tree a mile down the road:-)

At the Dollar Tree I found three pretty frames that have GLASS PANES. That’s super important!

Here’s everything all laid out:

I wrote the message on a piece of paper, cleaned the frame up, then put the paper inside and taped it to secure it. I always like to turn around the picture that comes with the frame and use it as backing.

***I took a tiny piece of adhesive Velcro and put it on the frame and on the marker so I would be less likely to loose it:-).

I LOVE LOVE LOVE how these turned out! I made one for myself and put above my sink so my husband and I can write important notes each other and import things to remember:-)

My daughter cannot wait to give hers to her teacher<3!!
